Montello, Inc. is a privately owned corporation that was organized in 1957 to market specialty products to the oil and gas well drilling industry. We continue to serve that industry both nationally and internationally.

Severe declines in drilling activity in the 1980's prompted the management to launch an intensive search for opportunities to diversify. As a result, while we remain very much a part of the worldwide drilling industry, a large percentage of the company's revenues and earnings are now generated from carefully selected products which we supply to other industries. Paints and coatings, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, foods and animal feeds - - these are a few of the added applications we service - - and the list continues to grow.

All of Montello's customers are provided "around the clock" support. Today, our communications network enables accurate, dependable international question/answer exchanges, with "next day" responses the norm. Our lab offers assistance in finding solutions to specific user problems, as well as in formulating for their special applications. In addition, experienced Montello personnel are available for on site assistance when needed.
