Pac®Ultra Lo - - - PURPOSE AND PROPERTIES
Mon
Pac Ultra Lo is a premium grade, low viscosity, pure polyanionic
cellulosic polymer produced for Montello, Inc. by the same manufacturer
since the 1970's. Each lot of Mon Pac Ultra Lo must meet Montello's
rigorous chemical, physical and performance specifications before
being shipped. The result is, consistent and superior performance
in the field.
Mon
Pac Ultra Lo provides excellent fluid loss control, encapsulates
drilled solids, and reduces fluid friction without excessive viscosity
increase. It is effective in fresh water, brackish, KCL, and saturated
salt water systems. It forms a low permeability filter cake to minimize
the potential for differential sticking by reducing the invasion
of mud solids and filtrate into permeable formations.

HOW
TO USE:
Mon
Pac Ultra Lo is easily dispersed in water based fluids by adding
it directly through the hopper. Normal concentrations vary from
0.25 ppb to 1.0 ppb depending on application.
Mon
Pac Ultra Lo is packaged in 50-lb (22.7-kg) Multi-Ply paper
bags with an inner poly liner for additional shelf-life and product
reliability.
